We would absolutely LOVE it if you returned them clean. It helps us continue renting out nice equipment at an affordable price and it is easy to do while you’re still at the lake by the water. It would be great if you could drain them as well. However, if circumstances don’t allow, we will not charge a fee if they come back dirty. It would be great if you could leave it better than you found it so that we can all have future rental experiences.
We are willing to work with you on the time you return them. However, if they come back a day late, then you will be charged for an extra day of use.
We have options for multi-day and large group rentals. Please contact us for rates and discounts avaliable.
We know that accidents happen on your adventure. We offer insurance that can be purchased for $10 per board. This covers accidental losses, or all damage done to equipment and boards. If the boards are not returned a fine will still be assessed. If Insurance is not purchased and the paddles are lost or damaged a $75 fee will be assessed. If board is damaged but still useable a $75 fee will be assessed. If board is damaged beyond repair, or not returned a $700 fee will be assessed.
